Regarding CRM I thing about following improvements

   - Being able to classify an account party as prospect or customer
   - Being able to associate an account party with a team (account team for
   large account with many sub accounts)
   - Being able to associate accounts to other accounts (main account and
   sub accounts)
   - From the account page show information about associated
   agreements/contracts, orders, projects, issues, etc
   - Integrate financial aspects of requests in opportunities
   - On the summary page of the account show an overview of what is in the
   pipeline (diagram?)
   - Integrate more with social network apps - so that Marketing and Account
   Managers have insight in what the accounts (and associated persons) do in
   social networks
