For me with the Tomahawk theme the popup doesnt close but using the
Bizzness_time theme the popup get closed.
(I have just started trying the 10.04 stable and i have found many
visualization problems with the Tomahawk theme. In my opinion shouldnt be set
as the default theme for the moment)
