Forget it, it was not showing with only Round Gizmo, adding Tiny Chrome made it appears. I now remember this one, it needs an amout 
(1 Round Gizmo is free by promo) for the Paypal button to show

I was quickly looking at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-3136. Has the Paypal button gone? I can't see it in trunk 
demo, Google is OK
