The new ImageUrlServlet throws an IndexOutOfBoundsException or
NullPointerException when called with invalid paths:
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/catalog/images/foo.jpg
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/catalog/images/foo/bar.jpg
This causes Tomcat to show a stacktrace with HTTP status code 500.
It should return a 404 Not Found error instead.
