It works for France (unwanted) but not for UK (wanted), I guess UK geo miss the
relations.
BTW I think we should rather have a list of countries which need the state
fields: there are much more countries where it's not needed... Then this field
will be hidden in most cases... I think we should define a new geo entity for
this list: CountryWithStates: with OOTB Australia, Canada, UK, US, ... what
else?
