Here is attached a version sent to me by S K Pradeep kumar which works quite
well.
Thanks Pradeep for the effort. I did not look into details but just made a
comparaison with the version I hastily tested last time.
I found that Pradeep simply added resin.jar, ofbiz-quercus.jar,
OfBizServiceModule.class, TestQuercusModule.class and QuercusViewHandler.class
So I guess I simply miss to build (I guess I added resin.jar)
We are lucky, it's just under the attachement 10MB max
