Since the field-name (stateProvinceGeoAssocTypeId) and rel-field-name
(geoAssocTypeId) is reversed, there's warning in log:
{quote}[RelationRelatedFieldNotFound] The field "stateProvinceGeoAssocTypeId"
of related entity GeoAssocType was specified in the keymaps but is not found
for relation GeoAssocType of entity CountryAddressFormat.{quote}
The entity "CountryAddressFormat" is introduced into ofbiz just days ago. refs
