Hi Hans,
We handle this subject with a backrest that was an association between a
product ordered service (Quote and Order) and a project (or task).
We receipt the product to repair, and, when operation is finished,
following the billing method, we create the invoice and the shipment return.
All functionalities are present on came addon (Client Asset Management
Extranet) http://addons.neogia.org/addons-10.04/came/

These items are listed on the order with or without a price taken from
the product catalog. The order will list a delivery date when the
