OnePageCheckout creates new billing/shipping address & fails with ups shipments

Even if user selects the default values, the OnePageCheckout creates new
billing/shipping address. If you do quick ship order.
And then on shipment->RouteSegment, hit 'Confirm shipment with UPS', it breaks.
