For ease of integration, I have divided the patch in three parts.
party.patch - modification to party app to support reuse of
EditPaymentMethod.groovy
ecommerce1.patch - changes just for this bug
ecommerce2.patch - includes changes this bug and for 4577 as well (since that
is not yet integrated).
