Yes, if some labels miss you may indeed submit a new patch. There is even an 
option in Webtools/Label Manager to help you on that

Your patch is in trunk at r1203362. I did not backport in R11.04 because there are too much labels to check them individually. Though I checked with Label Manager and no errors, nor duplicates have been introduced which is noteworthy for a such large effort
