Hi Jacques,
This should be not back ported to R10.04, because this bug is not belongs to
R10.04.
This feature was introduced by Scott at r#981018 (trunk only)
Here is the log:
"Add a description element for service attributes, should make documenting some
services a little easier. Still need to display it in webtools somewhere."
There is no existence of description field in ModelParam.java in R10.04.
Could you please revert these changes from R10.04?
