Above libs habe been removed at r1340414. I there hastily removed
* *framework/base/lib/ant/ant-nodeps-1.8.1.jar* which is still used by javacc
in build process
* *lib\build\javacc* which was an error
I restored them respectively at r1340638 and r1340485
