I did it for you, so the button is not available anymore. You can see Status:
Patch Available. You could check using the "All" tab instead of "Comments" (or

And I'm not surprised because if you look into, for instance,
Help_MFG_EditCalendarWeek.xml, you will see that the ASL2 header is already
there at revision 1342553 (trunk HEAD) when you try to add it. There must be a
quirk in your working copy. I'd recommend to do a fresh checkout an try against
it...
