I would rather set the quantity on the ProductCategoryMember entity and
introduce a special productcategorytype.
But it doesn't make sense to discuss these details without knowing all the
requirements (e.g. can the user place 2 orders in the same day/week/month whose
total exceeds the max quantity?)
