Promo items assigned to Ship Group 2 are sent to Ship Group 1.
To reproduce:
Create a new sales order in Order Manager - Order Entry for DemoCustomer
1. Add products qty 10 WG-1111 and qty 5 GZ-1000
2. Click - Finalize Order
3. Click - Create New Ship Group
4. Click - Continue
5. Set Qty to move for WG-1111 to 5
6. Set all To Ship Group drop-down list to Group Nbr2
7. Click Submit
8. After Submit Ship Group 1 has 5 WG-1111 all other items are in Group Nbr2
including promo items qty 1 GZ-1006-1 and qty 1 WG-1111.
9. Click - continue
10. Set Ship Group Nbr 1 Ship Method to Next Day and Ship Group Nbr 1 to Ground
11. Click - continue
12. Click - continue
13. Set payment settings to COD
14. Click - continue
15. Click - continue
16. Shippiing Information shows
To: Demo Customer
UPS Guaranteed Next Day
