Jacques,
we should not move the Chinese version nor add a reference to it from the
official html pages of the website because the official language of the project
is the English language and because the PMC cannot review and approve the
content of the page.
It is fine to have the page in the public wiki and we could add some links to
some "index" page in wiki to make it more evident.
Of course the same applies to other languages.
