This looks good to me as well. Maybe the news could be more concise? Like: "Apache OFBiz 11.04.02". is the lastest bug fix release. All "Apache OFBiz 11.04" users are encouraged to upgrade because it contains bug fixes, notably for a security vulnerability (CVE-2013-0177). The release files can be downloaded from the download page.
