Paul Foxworthy commented on OFBIZ-5177:
---------------------------------------

Hi Adrian and Christian,

I agree that translations with hundreds of strings should stay.

But "fy" is only mentioned in three places, all in
framework/common/config/CommonUiLabels.xml. Two are the Frisian words for
"Danish" and "Frisian". I strongly suspect the third is erroneous -
https://fisheye6.atlassian.com/browse/ofbiz/trunk/framework/common/config/CommonUiLabels.xml?hb=true#to13796
has "Frisian", that is the English word for "Frisian", when it should have the
Frisian word for "English". I presume that is a different word.

Is there any value in keeping these three? For starters, if they should stay,
13796 may need to be changed.

The Frisian stuff all went in in one patch,
https://fisheye6.atlassian.com/changelog/ofbiz?cs=832404, based on
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-2861 from Carsten Schinzer and
committed by Jacques.

Carsten and Jacques, is there any reason to keep the three "fy" lines?

Cheers

Paul Foxworthy
