Recently, some dropdown input fields don't have their option values translated
anymore.
Steps to reproduce:
# Change your language to anything but English, e.g. German
# Open /accounting/control/newPayment
Broken behaviour:
# Input fields labels are translated, but their option values are not.
I identified the following changeset to be responsible for the regression:
