public.EMPL_POSITION_TYPE WHERE EMPL_POSITION_TYPE_ID=? (ERROR: update or
delete on table "empl_position_type" violates foreign key constraint
"rate_amount_ept" on table "rate_amount"<br/> Detail: Key
(empl_position_type_id)=(10000) is still referenced from table "rate_amount".))]

and find the record and delete a perticular record
when i clicked on delete button on this screen then all record has desappeear.
