I fixed a bunch of issues at revision: 1523423 (to be cautiously backported
later)
Remaining are at least:
* there are 2 "Order Manager" entries in Index
* Manufacturing contextual help shows 2 Netherland entries and one in English,
either using French (for instance) or English. THis has already been reported
at OFBIZ-4802
