When defining a glAccount for an organisation in edit TaxAuthority/Edit Tax
Authority Gl Account it is possible to select parties of type 'Person' as the
associated 'Organisation Party Id'.
Also it is possible to select customers, suppliers and other partygroups as the
associated 'Organisation Party Id'.
However, it should only be possible to be able to select just the parties that
are:
- a party group, and
- have an registration as a party that is defined as an accounting party
(having a registration in PartyAcctgPreference)
