In a separate development setup/testbed I now have a completed, distributed
setup for downloading/integrating the artifacts (jars) OFBiz is depending on.
This setup works in a similar way as the build process, meaning accessing the
build file of each component, determining if there are artifact dependencies
and download these and place them in the correct place in the component.
