Inside OrderServices.xml -- recreateOrderAdjustments method,
'existingOrderAdjustmentTotal' does not take into consideration the 'previous'
promotional adjustment created in Order cancellation.
Because when an item is cancelled and if any promo is applied then the Newly
created OrderAdjustment entry doesn't have any productPromoId set to it so if
next time we go to cancel another item, then the existingOrderAdjustmentTotal
field doesn't consider the previously adjusted promo amount.
