Description:
This issue in pagination can be tested in
https://localhost:8443/partymgr/control/findparty (FTL) &
https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/findPayments (XML Form).
In code from latest SVN trunk & release branch 13.07, clicking "Last" takes
user to the second last page.
