Pierre,
No I didn't perform a update to head operation before generating the patch
file. I'll resubmit the patch once this is done and the files you listed have
been resolved.
I realize combining multiple issues into a single patch is generally a bad idea
but many of the issues are closely related and make changes to the same file so
I combined them into the same patch. If committers feel the patch should be
broken up then I'll do so.
