While at it I also added specialpurpose/birt/lib/org.eclipse.*.jar
It seems more is needed like for org.w3c.*.jar. But since I'm unsure of the
license for these files, if others are also missing and which files are really
concerned I let Hans, who initially committed Birt, take care of it.
