In updateProductAverageCostOnReceiveInventory

there's a call to set-calendar with a "seconds" parameter of +1. The seconds
value is passed to Integer.parseInt. A leading plus works in Java 7, but causes
an exception in Java 6. Every other call to set-calendar in OFBiz with a
positive value does not have a leading plus sign.
