Attached patch for removing the dependency of "EcommerceUiLabels" from
Applications components. Included EcommerceUiLabels in required screens,
created SecurityExtUiLabel.xml and moved uiLabels that are used in
EmailSecurityScreens from EcommerceUiLabels.xml to SecurityExtUiLabels.xml.
Tested the processes for changes made, working as expected.
