The Offline Payment: Check/Money Order and COD payment options disappear at
ordermgr/control/finalizeOrder if the Continue button is clicked without a
payment being chosen.
To reproduce just start creating a new order and click Continue during
finalization until reaching the payments settings page and then click Continue
again without selecting a payment.
The page reloads with message:
The Following Errors Occurred:
Please select a method of payment.
