The Project Mgt component in the Special Purpose stack contains a set of functionalities for:
- creating and managing projects (including GANTT charts) - assign phases and task to projects - assign resources to projects and tasks - enable users to write time spent on project tasks - allow third parties to gain insight in project progress and to register requests - generate invoices on time spent re time/material projects This set of functionalities is for any Professional Services organisation executing time/material projects, that provides secondment services and for those organisations that do internal projects and needs time writing. This component should be included in the release.
