I have nothing agains that. I don't see much benefits with the appserver
nowadays. Resources are cheap, still maybe to have things centralised? But
anyway since you know more about it (you did it) I guess it's dead indeed.
BTW Jacopo, what were your motivations behind changing the way the bootstrap
process was done? IIRW theidea was to reduce the number of classloaders, right?
