Hi All,
We have reviewed reported issue and found that we don't have code support in
OOTB to render SURVEY type data resource. So it is recommended to change type
of this issue from bug to new feature or improvement to exclude it from bugs
list. In meantime we will do some more research on it and share notes to add
this support.
