I'm can move it to the wiki. At least if someone wants to begin
reviewing and updating it then they can do.
My proposed documentation strategy was to look at these workspaces one
at a time doing a full review of all the documents in the process. I
dont think this guide was referenced in the technical documentation but
it probably will be in the End User documentation which is what I'll be
looking on next.
