"Implementing this improvement has sub actions" is an understatement.
Keep in mind there are a multitude of entities that have a fk relation to
PartyRole - so all of those entities have to be redesigned. Then all of the
code that expects a single value from the fk relationship needs to be
rewritten. In summary, this is not a simple change - it will require a rewrite
of epic proportions.
