As the original patch is somewhat out of date regarding trunk of today, it
produces issues with the labels file.
OFBIZ-5812-MyPortalMenus.xml.patch corrects that issue.
OFBIZ-5812MyPortalUiLabels.patch corrects a menu item to work with the new
labels patch. Plus a little correction regarding admin permission.
