Hey Swapnil,
Sorry should have included confirming the production run between steps 1 and 2.
The issue is still reproducible in the trunk. If a manufactured good requires
2 of a material and 1 is manually issued on "Actual Materials" tab, when the
"Issue Components" button is clicked on the production run page, 1 having
already been issued isn't recognized so the total required 2 is issued causing
the total issued 3.
