I am able to figure out the root cause, In ModelSingleForm.java if
{code}
(parentElement.getAttribute("name").equals(parentForm)
&&
formType.equals(parentElement.getAttribute("type"))) {
{code}
This condition causes issue, Here formType is empty hence condition fails and
it fails to get the parentForm.
