I'm unsure if this has adverse side-affects. A better method of implementation
is probably to extend the form widgets to support some element that controls
the skipping of row rendering when a use-when="${condition}" is met. There
might be scenarios where blank rows should still appear and this patch would
probably prevent that from happening. The form widget extension would support
both scenarios.
