OFBIZ-6353 is the first subtask that will be completed because that is the way
it will be provided for patch OFBIZ-5428 but with the quantity fields replaced
with range fields.
Other parts of the report are reused by other reports and will require a bit
more effort to convert such as the party address implementation.
