This patch uses the <auto-field-entity> entity-name context setting
functionality provided by OFBIZ-6410. Patch OFBIZ-6402 was also applied
before this one was created.
If sqlType and javaType fields should still appear in the find form as they did
in the original FTL then the single form widget should probably be extended to
handle and hide them by default.
Because the new ListEntityRecords grid does performFind, FindGeneric.groovy
seems no longer needed. FindGeneric.ftl and ListGeneric.ftl can probably be
removed once this patch is applied.
