Description: The ignore-when provided in OFBIZ-4481 should be extended to
form widget find fields to allow end users to hide the field of corresponding
results grid/form. It should be hidden by default and controlled from the
<field> or subfield element in the form definition using an attribute similar
to <text-find> ignore-case attribute. It should be html rendered as a checkbox
similar to ignore case. (was: The ignore-when provided in OFBIZ-4481 should be
