FormRenderer.renderItemRows contains this TODO:

EntityListIterator.relative(int) seems like it could be used to move the cursor
when the iterator is of that type but other iterators would still suffer the
same inefficiency.
performFindList only returns the the number of records that are to be rendered
so unnecessary previous records never get processed so it may be worthy of
replacing the iterator but I assume iterator is used because it generally
performs better.
