Hi Everyone Thanks for your feedback. The general feeling is that we do go ahead with this. As a next step, I will go through the list of people on our list of contributors on the wiki (see link below) looking for people with an ICLA in place.

If I find anyone without an ICLA in place I won't move them into the Contributors group for now but will contact them about getting an ICLA setup For anyone that is not on our wiki contributors list buI does have a Jira account then please add yourself to the wiki contributors list and I will monitor it any changes.
