Description: whith regionalization the UI into french french(fr) while
keying a payment over 999 (a thousand) the head interface insert a space (not
a space bar space) if updating id done number is change to the first number
before space. Change the UI to english and doesn't occur anymore, move to
French(Belgium) and it fix it. Please consider that if you are keying a
thousand number with parsing it with blank space no more problem but their is
no way that accountant will input payment with space bar. How can change
this for the French (Fr) French. ( Help would also be appreciate for
