I put a breaking point in ModelFormField.getEntry(), but it's never used in 
relation with shortDateInput which is only used in 
htmlFormMacroLibrary.renderDateTimeField macro.

I tried editing a FixedAsset in webtools and I found that it works well

creating an order in order manager
