Actually, I already thought about creating a Jira.html page and not link directly from http://ofbiz.apache.org/community.html to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ that's a good opportunity to do so.
I will not only add this information and other admin related, but also link to pages in wiki like
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Contributors+Best+Practices
