Fix Version/s: (was: Release Branch 15.12)

It was easy to backport to R13.07 so I did at r1725013
Deepak, it's wrong to set an unreleased versions in the "Fix Version/s" fields.
Only "Upcoming branch" (instead of "Release Branch 15.12" as you did) can be
used (like we don't use trunk also) ;)
