Getting foreign key constraint violation while loading data, Its due to missing
Enumeration data (VT_HMENU_TMPLT_LOC).

Caused by: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: INSERT on table
'VISUAL_THEME_RESOURCE' caused a violation of foreign key constraint
'VT_RES_TYPE_ENUM' for key (VT_HMENU_TMPLT_LOC). The statement has been rolled
back.
